All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be approved by one motion.  Reading of text of Ordinances is waived and Ordinances are adopted as second reading, by title only.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless members of the Council request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action.

Ordinance Amending Chapter 21.31 by Modifying Section 21.34.040 to Establish Temporary Uses Including Unpaved Parking Lots, Agricultural Uses, Sod Farms and Similar Facilities as Conditionally Permitted Uses in the Resort Commercial Zone

    Council ADOPTS Ordinance by title only and waives further reading, amending Chapter 21.31 by modifying Section 21.34.040 to establish temporary uses including unpaved paring lots, agricultural uses, sod farms, and similar facilities as conditionally permitter uses in the Resort Commercial zone; for which an initial study/mitigation negative declaration was prepared for CEQA.

    PARTICIPATES in the “Draft” of committee assignments and any required alternates.
